Research On The Growth Environment Of Innovation-oriented Middle And Small Scale Enterprises In Heilongjiang Province

Innovation-oriented enterprises are the main force of independent innovation; among the enterprises, the middle and small scale entities are more dynamic and creative than other ones. To analyze the environmental problems of middle and small scale enterprises in Heilongjiang province and put forward the related countermeasures is significant and meaningful for the sustainable development of this type of enterprises as well as the enhancement of corporate innovation ability and the comprehensive strength of the province.This thesis introduced the relative theories, defined the connotation of innovation-oriented middle and small scale enterprises, and summarized the growth characteristics and their environmental requirement; based on the ecology system theory, it concluded that the ecology elements of growth environment included laws, culture, finance, technology, market, service and nature, it also analyzed the interaction mechanism between the enterprises and environment.The thesis examined and summarized the present situation of growth environment of innovation-oriented middle and small scale enterprises in our country, then it stated the environment of Heilongjiang province from the aspects of laws, culture, finance, technology, market, service, and nature.It established an index system for the comprehensive evaluation of growth environment of innovation-oriented middle and small scale enterprises, and it made an empirical analysis using grey evaluation method. And it examined the problems based on the results of the evaluation. Then it put forwards countermeasures from the angles of laws, culture, finance, technology, market, service, nature and the interaction between the enterprises and environment to optimize the growth environment of the enterprises in Heilongjiang province.
