Research On Strategic Management Of Intellectual Property Rights Among Chinese High Technological Enterprise

In 21st century, intellectual property rights will play a highly important role with the particular status. The strategy position of intellectual property rights' is increasing continually in the fields of national economy, society development and enterprise technology progress, and then the relative management is becoming a seriously part and parcel of the enterprise management, especially in those high-tech companies. So, in order to be more powerful in the international competition , high-tech enterprise need to make great efforts to exploit , to protect and to operate the intellectual property rights, it's also properly become the main content and significant means of the enterprise' internationalization management.Starting from the detailedly expatiating the theory related to intellectual property rights and enterprise' strategy management as well as the systematology , the thesis, by using the method of compartive analysis, introduces and compares intellectual property rights'strategy among the high-tech enterprise in the U.S, Japan, Germany and China, then finds out the problems in Chinese enterprise' intellectual property rights strategy, and the supervising experience we could extract from the advanced countries. Based on this, combining the System Theory , it makes up a Chinese high-tech enterprise intellectual property rights strategy management system ,which includes an input element of system, a transform element of system and an output element of system., in addition, this part deeply analysed the coupling principle among the three element systems. The thesis imputs a rationed meathod called "DEA", which used for judging of the constructed intellectual property rights strategy management system.
