The western human resource management theory produced in the 1950s was transferred in China in 1980s, and got lots of attention and developed quickly. Management science as a social behavior skill has increasingly exposure the limitation of simple technical explanation and exploration through a theory establishment and experiment of purity technology. Technical management is a kind of dominant management which can not affect deep-seated and recessive cultural factor, human relationship, personal excellence and emotion quotient, and these factors can affect production behaviors and organization behaviors of enterprises. The proposal and increasingly deepen direction of people-orientate management declare publicly the human nature direction and cultural value tropism of management. In market economy and under democracy and legal system background, the connotation and the extension of enterprise ideology political work is developing and extending unceasingly, the modern ideology political work is playing more and more obvious and important role in economy and management domain.Human resources management and the enterprise ideology political works fuse is inevitable trend of our country Enterprise produce or the organization operate in the modern society.In this paper, "Human Resource Management and the ideological and political work on the dock" for the choice, the thesis carries a frame according to logic order "bringing forward a problem - analyzing a problem -- solving a problem " . First, this thesis was researching on background, purpose and significance of a brief introduction, and comment on study to the status at home and abroad were reviewed, the proposed Human Resource Management and the ideological and political work of the need for docking.
