The Study On Planning And Control For Oxymatrine Research And Development Project

The research focuses on project of Oxymatrine invented by Zhenbaodao pharmaceutical Ltd in Heilongjiang Province. The study analyses the complete processes of this project; from the objective establishment and initial capital investment, to the planning implementation and its outcome performance evaluation, in light of the theory of project plan and system control.First of all, by the analyzing feasibility of this new project, in terms of its market prospect, core technology and capital return yield, the paper establishes the objective of the project and draws a general research and development framework. In addition, it is recommended monitoring and controlling project period by means of network technology, which aims at optimizing project progress. At last, the paper proposes several guarantee measures to ensure the successful operation of project.
