The policy of reform and opening to the world injects vitality to the Chinese exhibition industry, which develops very fast with economic globalization in the world, constant and fast development of Chinese economy and increasing frequency of international intercourse. Chinese exhibition industry has become a new industry within 20 years with an annual rate of 20 percent increase. It pays more and more important roles in the fields of trade, technology, information and economic collaborations. It is the booster and highlight of economy.With the fact that Chinese exhibition industry grows very fast, the participation bodies among this market grows too and compete fiercely. China Home Entertainment Fair is an exhibition project of cultural industry undertaken in the recent years. This project has achieved a lot and exposed shortcomings in management which undermine its constant development.This thesis introduces the background, strategy target, contents and implementations of China Home Entertainment Fair, and also the basic information of each fair that has ever been held. Then, through SWOT analysis, it elaborates the advantages and disadvantages of the internal conditions of the FAIR, and its external opportunity and threats. And finally, it brings out a solution to the problems and future development of the FAIR.Research on the exhibition industry in China is still in continuous explorations and perfection. This thesis tries to upgrade the level of the management of China Home Entertainment Fair, and the FAIR' s position among the exhibition industry in China. It has a certain theoretical and practical significance for the FAIR. As the FAIR is an influential, national and professional exhibition, this thesis is a reference for other professional exhibitions.
