Study On The Compliance Risk Management Of Agricultural Bank Of China

In recent years, major cases have occurred frequnetly in China's banking financial institutions. There was a large amount of illegal cases and economic crimes, and the money involved was shocking. The reasons that caursed these illegal operations and bank employees' criminal cases were many, but the essential and the most important one was lacking of internal bank compliance risk management system.Due to historical and institutional reasons, Agricultural Bank of China located in the most embarrassing situation. On one hand, it is the largest institution, and has the most miscellaneous staff; on the other hand, its operation level is relatively the worst, the management capability is relatively the weakest, and quality of staff is relatively the lowest. Therefore, study Agricultural Bank of China's compliance risk management has more practical and positive meanings.Based on severe compliance risk management pressure that the banking business faced, and the fact that the bank's frequent illegal cases, in ChapterⅡ, the definition, objectives and contents of risk management were clearly defined, and also the importance of risk management regulations' construction of a commercial bank was emphasized. In ChapterⅢ, the situation and major problems of compliance risk management of Agricultural Bank were introduced, and through case studies, the lack of compliance risk management of Agricultural Bank and the urgency of construction of compliance risk management system were analysied in depth. In Chapter IV, some primary opinions to compliance risk management system of Agricultural Bank were raised.
