Empirical Research On The Influences Of Regional Innovation Environment To Efficiency Of Regional Technological Innovation

The advent of economic globalization and knowledge economy are putting forward the new requirements to the development of regional economy,regional system has become a major carrier and development model of regional economy. Regional technological innovation is one of the fundamental driving force to influence regional economic development,the efficiency of regional technological innovation is the main issue of regional technological innovation. In the long run , regional economic development ultimately depends on the efficiency of regional innovation. Regional innovation environment directly affects the diffuse active and efficiency of regional technological innovation.From the view of regional innovation,firstly this paper evaluates regional technological innovation efficiency of all the provinces in China which are from 2002 to 2006,by choosing proper index and using the method of DEA. Secondly,according to the concept which is proposed by China's scientific and technological development strategy group , we divide regional innovation environment into five aspects which are infrastructure , market demand , laborer's quality , financial environment and entrepreneurial level,and respectively,we analyze impact of the five aspects on regional technological innovation efficiency. At last,we find infrastructure,market demand,laborer's quality and financial environment has a positive effect on regional technological innovation efficiency,however entrepreneurial level have no effect on it.On the analytic basis of above part,advice on the regional innovation environment and regional technological innovation efficiency issues are put forward. Firstly,increase building infrastructure and reform the structure of invest; Promote the market demand and improve the capability of residential consumption; improve laborer's quality; build good financial environment and improve entrepreneurial level.
