Research On Status And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Industrialization In The Farming Field Of Yudong Plain

Agricultural industrialization is the result produced by the law of market economy, as well as the trend and direction for traditional agriculture to transform into modern agriculture. On condition that China practices socialism market economy, agricultural industrialization, as one new way in agricultural organization and business operation that adapts to the requirements of rural reform and development of China, is playing an important role in improving agricultural efficiency and increasing farmer's income and enhancing rural economic development in China. As a result, the study and exploration on industrialized agricultural operation has become the Hotpoint attracting lots of the scientific workers in agricultural theories and practices.Yudong plain, where the traditional agriculture is comparatively developed, lies in the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain. It is a well-known agricultural production base, occupies an important position in the economic development of Henan province. Yudong plain. But compared with other areas located in eastern coastal regions and the backward western regions, yudong plain has its own characteristics, therefore, how to promote agricultural industrialization based on the specific local conditions, still need in-depth study and research. This article only choose the three districts of Shangqiu, Kaifeng and Zhoukou City.On the basis of investigation and analysis of process of agricultural industrialization in the farming field of Yudong plain, author found the leading agricultural industries developed gradually; agricultural leading enterprises had made great development and strong driving capability; the market system was being perfected and commercial rate of agricultural products was increased gradually. But there were also many problems restricting the agricultural industrialization process. These problems were as follows: small scale of agricultural leading enterprises with relatively weak competitive ability; small scale of farmer's managements limiting division of farming work and with low benefit of scale; weak relationship between farmers and enterprises. Furthermore, the supporting policy for leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization had not go to position, bottle-neck restriction was terrible, the transform of government functions was not in harmony with agricultural industrial production and the market development; the contradiction between the land rent mechanism and the large-scale management had not solved effectively and agricultural worker's quality wad not high. Based on former analysis, the paper designed specific strategies and measures for the development of agricultural industrialization, those strategies and measures include: making change of our idea ,adjusting our way of thinking and awareness; positively constructing a matched mode for this local the agricultural industrialization; increasing supporting intensity, did well in service, accelerating system innovation ,helping leading enterprises develop better; fostering agricultural mainstay industries that had advantages and feature ;improving agricultural products quality and scientific and technological content to raise the competitiveness of enterprises; developing various intermediary organization to improve farmer'organization degree; improving agricultural industrialization linking mechanisms within the system; increasing financial support and risk prevention efforts for the agricultural industrialization ;continually exploring and innovation the land rent mechanism to promote agricultural industrialization; improving the quality of agricultural practitioner, building operational mechanism of agricultural science and technology for agricultural industrialization, and so on.
