Effective performance management is a focus problem of modern human resource management. Effective performance appraisal system can create high performance and become headspring of shape and development of enterprise. and study how to combine the enterprise performance evaluation and performance management system in order to help the enterprise to realize the development strategies. Therefore, it is regarded as one of the important tasks in the management of the enterprise.The thesis based on reference investigated, applies the theories of enterprise performance evaluation, According to the actual situation of Erzhong Group,established Performance Evaluation system which based on benchmarking and Key Performance Indicator. This evaluation system based on strategy, overcome the defeat of the original performance method.Finally,the performance evaluation based on benchmaring and Key Performance Indicator used in gear manufacture of Erzhong Group, which can help enterprise improvement the management methods with a definite object .The result proves that this performance evaluation which will facilitate the effective combination of enterprise strategy and performance management, and provide the effective performance management of the enterprise with idea and instruction.
