At present, the development of freight forwarder enterprise in China plays a positive role to push the development of our national economy, it acts as the important role of service supplier in the development of market economy in our country. But with the participation of China in WTO, the integrative trend of the global economy and the development of Internet technology, the shipping agency market opens further and it has resulted in intense domestic and international competition day by day. Freight forwarder enterprise in China is evenly faced with a great challenge on its human resource management idea, mode and method. So, combing the characteristics and difficulties of human resource management in freight forwarder enterprise in China and introducing the advanced human resource management thoughts both at home and abroad to study the existing human resource management mode in freight forwarder enterprise in China, to explore and innovate the human resource management methods constantly and to structure the brand-new human resource management mode according to the developing direction of freight forwarder enterprise and the request of market changes seems particularly essential and urgent to the sustainable development of freight forwarder enterprise in China.The thesis carries on research based on the relevant human resource management theories. It analyzes the current situation of human resource management in freight forwarder enterprise in China and puts forward the countermeasures according to the basic thinking of "proposing the problem-analyzing the problem-solving the problem". The analytical work goes on mainly from three respects. First, the analysis of present market environment that freight forwarder enterprise faces; Second, the function that the human resource gives birth to at present in freight forwarder enterprise; Third, the current situation of human resource in freight forwarder enterprise and the human resource management characteristics at present. The problems existing in freight forwarder enterprise can be mainly sum up as follows through investigating and analyzing: the management idea of human resources is outmoded; the perfect training mechanism and job development plan are lack; the salary system lacks fairness and encouraging; enterprise's cultural construction is weak, etc.. Using the relevant theory of human resource management on the basis of analyzing the problems, the effective scheme of the human resources management mode regarding people as the centre is proposed in three main respects. Firstly, upgrade the human resource management idea and set up the quality management system of human resource to set up a good foundation for the start of human resource management work in the enterprise. Secondly, set up effective and encouraging salary system to establish a guarantee system for human resource management. Thirdly, construct characteristic corporate culture to establish effective regulation and control system for the group behavior of human resource in the enterprise. In the end, with the case study method, this thesis makes an analysis on Da Tian W. Group's human resource management situation and analyses and appraises the application of the human resources management mode of regarding people as the centre in the company.The thesis draws the conclusion that with the application of human resource management mode of regarding people as the centre under the guidance of management thought which regards people as the base, it can improve the level of human resource management work in most freight forwarder enterprises, fully arouse the latent energy of the persons who are the carriers of knowledge and technology in the enterprises, and strengthen the market competitiveness and sustainable development ability of most freight forwarder enterprises.
