In the era of knowledge economy, the external environment of enterprises of communication services has become more and more volatile and complex, the impact of environment on the enterprises of communication services is extensive and profound, and the market has put forward new demands. The renew of knowledge speeds up, the increase of demand of the knowledge-based products, both of them make the enterprises of communication services aware that the ability to acquire , use, create, as well as share knowledge has become a key factor to the competitiveness. More and more companies begin to realize that no matter how large and strong, it is very difficult for a company to carry out R&D solely. They find out that the league of learning has become an important form to make up for their knowledge. But the current reality is that the studies of a lot of companies through the alliance are not effective. Enterprise generally fall into the "learn and catch up - backward - and then learning and catching up - again behind" the vicious cycle.This thesis takes the study of the enterprise alliance of communication services for example to explore the path of the union study. Through reading and studying a large number of documents, the thesis suggests the mechanism and the learning mode of the study of enterprise alliance of communication services, then the paper sums up the evolution of path, analyzes the construction of index system and makes a specific analysis of the result of the study of "C3G" union.The study of this thesis is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the introductory remarks, introduced the main purpose of the study, research significance, the related research at home and abroad, the content and methods of the research. The second chapter includes the theory of strategic alliance, organizational learning and competitive cooperation. The third chapter analyzes the mechanisms of the enterprise alliance of communication services. The fourth chapter discusses the model of the enterprise alliance of communication services and the evolution of the path. Chapter V of the thesis assesses the result of the study of the alliance. Chapter VI is analyzes the result of study of the "C3G" union.This thesis defines the four mechanisms of enterprise alliance of communication services, analyzes the path of study of enterprise alliance of communication services, makes the evaluation index system, and then defines the study path for enterprise alliance of communication services.
