A Study On Ma Steel's The Ability Of Core Competition Based On Management

Through analyzing the successful experiences and lost cases, this article summarizes the original and different factor—the ability of core competition with which enterprises have gained the advantage of competition, and explains, through comparing the gap of competition among the domestic enterprises and oversee ones, the necessity and impendency for our state-owned enterprises(the emphases are iron and steel-making enterprises) to build the ability of core competition.Before having studied the creation of Masteel's(Maanshan iron & steel company limited ) core competition, this paper, based on systematic theory and starting with methods of economy and management, defines and analyzes the ability of competition, the ability of core competition of enterprises and their characteristics, establishes two basic moulds of element's system of the ability of core competition in enterprises. With these essential methods and combined by the characters of metallurgical enterprises, this article also searches after the element's system of the ability of core competition in metallurgical enterprises at present, the index system and the mathematical mould of evaluation from the managements of strategy management, management model, operating mechanism, product direction, business achievement, technology and equipment, capital condition, human resources management and creation ability, etc.With the above results of study, the practice activities of Masteel's building the ability of core competition have been systemically analyzed here, and the Masteel's present ability of core competition has been evaluated with the established mathematical mould. And based on it and management again, the countermeasures of further upgrading the Masteel's ability have been set forth.This article pays a lot of attention to the combination of the universal theory and practice's pertinence, brings forward the basic rules by which the practical activities of the ability should abide. These logic thoughts, the evaluation system and the case-study have common theory value and contraposing practical value for the guidance with which enterprises cultivate the ability.
