Optimizing Research Production Management System In DLRPM Company

In recent years our national manufacturing industry are developing so rapidly, according to the data provided by Ministry of Commerce China manufacturing industry has the fast growth speed over the world for continuous 20 years. However the development of our enterprises' production management are still behind the whole development of manufacturing growth, it become more particularly in machinery manufacturing which the production management still grows slowly. The low level of production management has become one of main restriction to the development of our national manufacturing enterprises.This article is guided by lean production ideology, it bases on DLRPM's actual situation, adopts the research methods of combining theory with practice, tries to optimize production scheduling and controlling system of DLRPM company on the conditions of existing resource, as a result it will improve and enhance the operating efficiency of the entire company production management system.This article addresses from the analysis of existing circumstance of DLRPM's organizational structure, processes of production planning, production controlling, on-site management system. The article aims to determine and identity the source of problems by means of dissecting the problems existing on production management system, it also paves a way of applying lean production theory to solve practical problems. According to the characteristics and requirements of the lean production theory, this article discusses one set of optimization plan on aspects of improvement on production planning and organization, improvement on control methods, on-site management etc. It will greatly prompt the lean production theory application on production management area by means of research and optimization for production planning, it will reach the purpose of optimizing the whole DLRPM production management system in the end.
