| In the time of knowledge-driven economy, the human resources are the first resource of an enterprise. The competition between enterprises displays the competition of staffs quality and learning ability more and more. The manpower resources management in an enterprise seems particularly important, and the basic way to develop human resources is training. As an important function of human resource management, training is the vital way of maintaining and increasing the value of human capitals and the important way of gaining competitive advantage.Recalling the research status on training from theory of competitive advantage,relation between competitive advantage and training and training theory, this text first describes the profiles of real-estate enterprise employees from employees'characteristics,existing problems and reasons; Secondly, discusses the relation between competitive advantage of real estate enterprises and employees'training from channels of gaining competitive advantage,correlation between HR and competitive advantage and relation between training and HR; Then, analyses the reality of XY company; Finally, the text designs the training scheme from the analysis of training demands,training program and implementation and assessment of training results, attempting to bring certain inspiration for introducing and implementing staffs training effectively in this enterprise.With the maturity of industry market and consumers'concepts and macro-control policy's introduction and perfection by the central and local government, I think, real estate enterprise is transforming from capital-intensive to personnel- intensive. Facing the fierce competition, real estate enterprise should have high-quality professionals, especially establish a kind of self-motivation,self-restraint training system to gain competitive advantage. |
