| With the advent of the era of information globalization and the era of information change,customers are increasingly pursuing products that meet their individual needs.At the same time,the requirements for corporate response speed are increasing.This makes it possible for companies to compete in the shortest possible time.The goal.In order to better adapt to the market,companies have adopted various advanced production technologies and management concepts,and gradually transformed into an Assemble-to-order(ATO)production model.In the ATO mode,after receiving the customer’s order,the enterprise assembles the parts that are purchased in advance according to the customer’s order requirements into products,and then delivers them to the customer.Therefore,reasonable inventory control of components has become a key factor affecting the smooth implementation of the ATO model.Based on the inventory management of manufacturers’ parts under the ATO mode,the paper studies the inventory control of manufacturers’ parts under the ATO mode.Mainly combined with the characteristics of parts demand instability under ATO mode,the manufacturer’s parts demand forecasting model was established.According to the component classification result,the inventory control strategy of stable demand and non-stationary demand parts was established.Firstly,the connotation and characteristics of the ATO model,the production operation mode of the manufacturer under the ATO model,and the methods and influencing factors of the manufacturer’s parts demand forecasting and inventory control under the ATO model are analyzed.Secondly,it is determined that the demand for parts of the manufacturer in the ATO mode depends on the order quantity,so that the parts demand can be summarized according to the order forecast result and the Bill of Materials(BOM),which is the demand forecast of the parts.Based on this consideration,the non-linear characteristics of demand-influencing factors are considered.The NAR(Nonlinear Auto-Regressive)network demand forecasting model of ATO mode is constructed,and a numerical example is solved to test the practicability of the model.After that,the component inventory control strategy under the steady demand and non-stationary demand was formulated according to the component classification.Based on the results of the component demand forecasting,the parameters related to the inventory control of each strategy were modeled and solved.Finally,taking a motorcycle company as an example,the main problems of enterprise inventory control are improved and optimized by using component demand forecasting model,component classification method and parts inventory control strategy,to verify the validity and rationality research methods.Figure 19,Table24,References66. |
