Study On Post-evaluation Of Projects Of The Transferring Of Equipments Manufacturing Centre Of Transnational Corporation

The theories of Project Post-evaluation have been led to a further development since 1930s. But there are not many theories of the Post-evaluation for commercial project which standing at Return of Investment (ROI) of an enterprise, even a high ROI pushes commercial projects going under the regulation of public benefits. The project of the Transferring of Equipments Manufacturing Centre of Transnational Corporation is the reform which under the trend of international industrial transferring. The post-evaluation of these projects may appraise the value of the project to a country and to an enterprise, take the modification to project itself, and guide those following projects.The thesis built up the Post-evaluation index system,focusing on the conception, characteristics and scope of the projects of the Transferring of Equipments Manufacturing Centre of Transnational Corporation. At the end of this thesis, an exemplification of the project of the international transferring of equipment manufacturing centre was deeply studied to verify the Post-evaluation index system.
