Agile Manufacturing In The Small And Medium-sized Textile Enterprises In The Application

In the 21st century which has the rapid changes and the sustaining market, China's small and medium-sized textile enterprises usher in a more intense environment of the competition and survival. The application of the Agile Manufacturing to the small and medium-sized textile enterprises will have the real significance for the development of those enterprises. From the point of view of the principle of agile manufacturing, this article introduces agile manufacturing on the definitions, characteristics, theoretical system, the implementation of steps, integrated basis and agile organizational model - Dynamic Union (Dynamic Alliance).Analyzing from the status quo of China's small and medium-sized textile enterprises: after joining the WTO, and for China's small and medium-sized textile enterprises advantages and disadvantages ,this article puts forward the implementation necessity for agile manufacturing and discusses China's small and medium-sized textile enterprises on how to correct technical application of agile manufacturing, agile manufacturing implementation of the steps as well as small and medium-sized textile enterprises dynamic alliance formation process.By analyzing the questions which Zhoucun District of Zibo City in small and medium-sized textile enterprises face at present, this article proposes that Zhoucun the small Textile enterprises implement the feasibility of agile manufacturing.As an example to agile manufacturing transformation of the initial by Zibo Zhongjing Towel Co.,Ltd, this article proposes from manufacturing technology, management, personnel management, production processes, organizational structure, information, enterprise core competencies and the attitude changes of dealing with customers and so on eight aspects of Agile remolding. It also designs the dynamic alliance organization plan on Zibo Zhongjing Towel Co.,Ltd, and so advances the development of four ideas on Zhoucun small and medium-sized textile enterprises.
