The Research On Trade And Economic Cooperation Between Border Region Of China And North Korea

In the late 20th century, there has been a large number of countries adjacent to the border areas of economic and trade cooperation phenomenon, which is a new form of economic and trade cooperation between countries, it mainly refers to the border betw- een the neighboring countries on both sides of the border areas of economic and trade cooperation. China is the world's longest land borderlines, and 14 neighboring coun- tries, so long inland boundary line, to carry out economic and trade cooperation betw- een the border areas to create a unique geo-economic condition. Among them, China and North Korea are both socialist countries and they have a long history of traditional friendship and cooperation. Since China implemented opening along the border, the China-North Korea border areas of economic and trade cooperation and exchanges have been rapid development. Especially in the new century, the relations between the two parties and two countries in the political sphere at the same time continue to make progress, and the increasing development of the mutually beneficial trade and economic cooperation has become the new era deepening China-North Korea friendly and cooperative relations of a new bright spot.In the Northeast Asia economic and trade cooperation and economic revitalization of northeast China's great background, the analysis of the border, the border effect and the border area and other factors on cross-border economic and trade cooperation between the border areas on the basis of the impact, this paper is in line with the existing theoretical research results, from a regional business and two basic points, to analyze the reality, the development of the status quo, the favorable factors and constraints of China's border area with North Korea's conduct economic and trade cooperation. This paper proposed that we should give full play to both the government and the market regulation mechanism, and focused on the North Korea economic and trade cooperation between the border areas the feasibility of development. China and North Korea economic and trade cooperation between the development is not all smooth sailing, there are many reasons, including the Korean national level of economic development and economic policy constraints and the impact of the North Korean nuclear issue, how to eliminate obstacles to further promote bilateral economic and trade relations between the healthy development, China and North Korea have been given a high priority.To enable border of the two countries to conduct economic and trade cooperation comprehensive, and in-depth development of the area, in view of economic and trade cooperation between China-North Korea border areas of the status quo, I believe that consideration should be given to the border between China and North Korea in the level of development of economic and trade cooperation with local characteristics, explore a different line with the actual economic and trade cooperation, we not only need the country's overall arrangements, but also were involved in the various provinces and cities have both a low-level border trade cooperation, and a regional integration of a high-level planning. Through a focus on regional and border trade as a starting point to promote the layers, and constantly deepening the China-North Korea border region and promote trade and economic cooperation process. Therefore, this paper proposes the following measures: 1, point-axis cooperation development model, such as: Government's efforts to establish a " Dan Xin" frontier trade zone and"Hunchun– Luojing, Xianfeng"cross-border economic cooperation zones; 2, investment-oriented model; 3, to port to make a breakthrough in the economy, and vigorously develop border trade, export-oriented models, such as: Liaoning Province border crossings: Dandong port for the breakthrough; Jilin border crossings: Hunchun to make a breakthrough; 4, the establishment of offshore areas of economic and trade cooperation.
