As the Internet popularizing constantly and developing better and rapidly, banking in finance also profits from the Internet to explore the brand-new electronic, intellectualized and systematized banking operations besides the traditional ones. Such new banking management method infinitely expanded the service domains in finance, improved the quality of services in finance, and reduced the cost of banking services. Electronic banks has developed rapidly all over the world, especially in Hong Kong such an international financial center, various banks all trying to be the first of developing and consummating the electronic banking operations. This thesis mainly researches and analyzes on the problems of e-banking supervision in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and then finds out the successful experiences of supervisions methods on electronic banks in Hong Kong, to use those that are suitable for the situation of domestic China for references. This thesis bases on theoretical knowledge of e-banking supervision, according to the practical condition of the development and supervision of e-banking in Hong Kong as well as the mainland of China, contrast the similarities and differences with the supervisions of electronic banks in these two regions, in order to analyze that what is worth for the domestic China to learn from. From the point of views of Hong Kong government on lawful supervision and the financial risk supervision, it works over the electronic banking supervisions of Hong Kong, and also puts forward the brand-new viewpoints that the supervision of e-banking in the domestic China should be transformed continuously to adapt the development of the international situations as well as learning the complete and meticulous measures the on e-banking supervisions from Hong Kong which could improve and patch the existing leak of the omitted and vacant supervision policies in the mainland of China.
