| Industrial cluster has been an important economical phenomena and regional economic develop mode. It has played more and more role. Industrial cluster has been the hotspot for many subjects. As part of service industrial, shipping industrial is now an important area. Under the background of economic global and the competition for international shipping center, this thesis makes a use of industrial cluster into shipping service industrial, and makes an evaluation as to find the way to hence the competence.The thesis begins with a description of the relevant theories about industrial cluster. Then make a use into shipping service industry. The concept, characteristics and constitution are analyzed. Then next it gives the theory of the competence of industrial cluster and the key factors on the competence of shipping service industrial cluster. Based on above, the index system of shipping service industrial cluster is erected. After analytic demonstration of five shipping service industrial cluster, strategies to cultivate and improve shipping service industrial cluster are put forward.In view to make this thesis in line with the matter of fact as best, this thesis uses both theoretical and practical, both qualitative and quantitative methods, hoping to provide some guidance for the development of the shipping service industry.The result indicates that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation has good capability and reliability in the evaluation of shipping service industrial cluster' competence, and can be used to provide reference for managers to make rational decisions. |
