Developmental Counterplan Researches Of Agriculture Products Processing

Since reform and opening up, the relation of supply and demand of agricultural products had taken place in fundamental change in Tai'an City, from the long-term shortage previous to a basic balance of supply and demand and more than the harvest now. The processing industry of agricultural products, as a post-industry of a connecting final consumption of agricultural production,could conduce to solve the various contradictions which resided in the new agricultural development and the building of the new socialist rural areas in Tai'an. The study compared the four agricultural products processing industries' organizational models, analyzed the problems of low-level redundant construction, low level of organization, development disorder and agricultural products processing enterprises in technological innovation, agricultural exports and other issues and the causes of these problems, which resided in the development of the agricultural product processing industry, and learn from foreign experience in the processing of agricultural products in developed countries and practices to promote the development in Tai'an City, raise the corresponding policy of the processing of agricultural products. The main research and views of my study are as follows:(1) The development status quo of agricultural products processing industry of Tai'an. We researched the volume dose features, structural characteristics, layout features of the agricultural products processing industry of Tai'an on the basis of scientific classification of the agricultural products processing industry. We combined with actual cases and classified the organizational model scientifically. We introduced the different organizational model's characteristic and the operation mechanism, which reflected the basic situation of the agricultural products processing industry's development of Tai'an as a whole.(2)The problems and reason analysis of agricultural product processing industry in Tai'an. We analyzed the problems of the organization and industrial structure and enterprises of agricultural product processing industry of Tai'an, for example, the "Green Barrier" caused the low-level expansion, the decline in exports and other issues of the whole agricultural product processing industry of Tai'an after our country joined the WTO. There also have market confusion, technological innovation of the agricultural products processing industry and other issues. We analyzed the reasons of those problems. (3) The policy and suggestion to promote the development of agricultural product processing industry of Tai'an City. They are mainly for the problems of the development of agricultural process industry of Tai'an City, learning experience from foreign developed countries, raising the opinion about the principle of agricultural product industry and the focus of development of the Government's policy-oriented recommendations, and other measures with the reality of agriculture process and agricultural product of Tai'an City.
