In recent years, the reform in small-scale water conservancy facilities in Liaocheng city has developed gradually .The management system, which aims at exploring the establishment of various rural water cooperation organization, has achieved remarkable success in flexible and diversified management forms and operational mechanism, such as contract, lease, auction and stock cooperation.
