The rapid development of information technology such as computer network and communication has prompted economic globalization and formation of the world market, which makes corporations in information age to face more complex and variable environment. Only if they change their organization structure, production, marketing and management etc., can corporations succeed in competition.Entering information age: enterprises all carry on the competition in two worlds: one is material world composed of resources that the administrator can be see and touch, we call it "market place"; the other one is fictitious world made up by information, we call it "market space". The latter has caused a new value such as e-commerce to create the production of the place. In market place, enterprises use the traditional physical resources to come for customer production, tangible products or offers the concrete service: But in market space, resources that enterprises can utilize information to create the invisible products or service for the customer. The electronic commerce changes the macro view environment of enterprise international competition: Push economy globalization, information globalization, development trend of trade liberalism, form the big virtual market of whole world competition. The continuous innovation of the market marketing idea, the business enterprise can take "customer" as a direction, "customer's satisfaction" become the most importance index sign on a business enterprise development .The business enterprise can be fast to respond to the customer's characteristic need variety, coming to a decision on the existence and development of a business enterprise in the market of the fierce competition.This text researches the virtual value chain of B for FB (Business for Foreign Business) electronic commerce in four chapters.Chapter one regarded as introduction of the article, describe the research background of the thesis and meaning of the selected title mainly, the structure and research direction and achievement of the thesis of the article. Chapter two introduced basic theories mainly, has described the intension of the value chain, Having put forward the general model of the virtual value chain on the basis of theory of the value chain.Chapter three puts forward the electronic commerce mode of B for FB adjusting the market marketing principle, under the background of the economy globalization, under the research of the B 2 B electronic commerce mode of development, from the principle of the B for C electronic commerce mode.Chapter four mainly have expounded B for FB e-commerce system impact on enterprise's value chain. This text puts forward three steps that enterprises structure the virtual value chain on developing the virtual value chain in B for FB e-commerce. Enterprises can surmount the contention of the physical resources in the traditional competition through structuring the virtual value chain, instead of process, is it push high level to compete for information, then carried on practical analysis on virtual value chain. giving individual cases analysis on Intel company transformation making use of virtual value chain.The last chapter has summarized the discipline category involved of the article mainly as the conclusion of this text, main research results and theme studied further.
