| The oil field enterprise takes as an organization which engages in the petroleum&gasprobing, exploitation and mining specially and involves massive basic constructions such asmining area rights and interests to obtain, geological prospecting and oil region exploitation.The organization consists of all kinds of business units which involves finance managementof massive consumption disbursement, the expense to cancel after verification as well as theasset formation. The article takes finance management of the Dagang Oil Field Company asthe object of study, that focuses on the standardization of finance business, the advancementof capitalization and the quality of finance management, and proposes the correspondingoptimized measure based on the analysis of existing problem.The article has first outlined the research background, the significance as well as thecontent, and elaborated practical significance. Based on the foundation of petroleumcompany's basic construction, the part of the domestic and foreign theories provides thetheory support for the following research. Next, the paper has analyzed finance managementpractice of Shengli Oil Field and Liaohe Oil Field, that provided some methods of research.The third paragraph has outlined present financial situation of basic construction based on thesummary of Dagang Oil Field, and carries on the discussion and the analysis of the questionwhich exists on finance management. The forth paragraph launches the discussion on theexpense and capitalization from three aspects of the mining area rights and interests, the oilfield exploration and the oil field mining. Last, the paper has proposed the measures to solvethe problem which exists from the present situation in the finance management progress ofbasic construction combined with the advanced management experience. |
