Research On Accounting Method And Evaluation Of Green GDP Accounting In Hebei Province

Resource and environment is the material in the survival and development of human, however in a long time national accounting system always neglect foundation function of the resources and environment, hasn't take it in the accounting system. With the development of the environment-protection movement and the naissance of the sustainable-development idea, we need to start the resource and environment in the development of economy. Under this situation, green GDP theory develops gradually.This article cuts into from the resources environment and the economical sustainable development. We make some study of the green GDP accounting methods. Though the comparison and analysis of the home and abroad green GDP accounting method, we can get there isn't unified green GDP accounting method in the word, so on the basis of the experts and scholars' research results, we explore the green GDP accounting method of Hebei province. Then we use the method to accounting the green GDP in 2005 of Hebei province. The resultant green GDP of Hebei is RMB 8728.96 billion Yuan in 2005, accounting 86.46% of traditional GDP.
