In the new economy time which human resource is the core competence, the human resource management is playing more and more important role in the operation and development of our enterprises. The traditional personnel management has not worked well, and has been replaced by the human resource management. At the same time, with the understanding of strategy, people pay much attention to the strategic human resource management (SHRM). The strategic human resource management combines the human resource management and the strategy management and adapts to request of human resource manage in global competition.At the same time, the 21st advanced human-centered management theory gave birth with the development of management. The human-centered management theory emphasizes the important role of human in management and does not regard human as tools but individuals with freedom and development. The human-centered management was proved to be welcome in more and more countries, so this paper pays much attention to the strategic human resource management in the human-centered theory; it adapts to he request of management and cut the new time of the strategic human resource management. Furthermore, the strategic human resource management in the human-centered theory is proved to be useful to the human resource management, and can help enterprises to compete in the new economy time.This paper expatiates from the main points of the strategic human resource management in the human-centered theory and explains how to carry out the strategic human resource management in the human-centered theory. At the same time, with the analysis, the strategic human resource management in the human-centered theory fits the situation of our country and can be used for reference by our local enterprises. It can make the managers of enterprises realize the strategic human resource management in the human-centered theory can embodiment in every field of enterprise management, and this is also the innovation of this paper.
