Study On The Management Of The Country Electric Network Transformation Project

The rapid development of China makes great need of electric power, so it is indispensable to build efficient electric projects in order to ensuresufficient power supply. But for a long time, the management activity on electric network transformation projects is not normal. During the project investment analysis neither the value of flexibility nor the problems coming from group decision-making has been taken into account. Moreover, during the invite tenders, owning to the absence of criterion, the invite tenders frequently become formalism.Based on the great quantity of collected datum, this paper makes a research on the problems arising from the electric investment project management. First, we use traditional methods to analyze the value of the project, then we use real option to analyze the flexibility value of the project. Second, we analyze the group decision-making of the company and make some advice on it. Third, we analyze the post-valuation of the project. Finally, we analyze the invite tenders of the project, and make some suggestions on how to improve it. The proposal is tactfully implemented by means of analyzing afore said problems and the thinking are given to adjust the developing further. The results of this paper are also able to possess specified reference value to other power supply companies.
