A Study On Evolution Laws And Mechanism Of Exhibition Spatial Distribution In Guangzhou

Owing to research into city exhibition industry (EI) spatial distribution evolution and It's features can take on different appearance to city's future program and its continual development., it is a main purpose for this study to look into Guangzhou EI's evolutionary mechanisms during more than 50-years period.City EI spatial distribution is the spatial factors's shadow and refection on geographical area and shows there are close connection Enterprises , servise agencies and Exhibition centers among it, so I borrowed domestic tourism scholars points, that tourism spatial structure includes points, paths and domain elements for analysizing EI spatial structure of Guangzhou.The study merely analysis the information of Exhibition enterprises (points),Exhibition centers(areas),main Rood(lines) by using Arc View GIS spatial analysis function..Firstly, the study tries to find out spatial distribution evolvement laws by spatial and statistical analysis, carve Guangzhou EI course into three phases basing on remarkable development characteristic. The first phase spatial distribution appear as one center from 1949 to 1989 and approximately 69.5 percent Exhibition enterprises mainly locate SanYuanLi-Jie Fang-HuanShi Road line. the second phase spatial distribution appear as two center from1990 to 1999 and approximately 45.5percent Exhibition enterprises cluster together locate Zhonghan-Huangpu Road line ; Guangzhou Road line and. the third phase spatial distribution appears as mullti-centor from 2000-2006 and approximately 49.5 percent of Exhibition enterprises confine in 2 km of city road lines, such as Zhonghan-Huangpu Road line; Guangzhou Road line and Xingang Road line ,Secondly the study summary seven factors as mainly ones which affect Guangzhou EI spatial distribution and discuss spatial structure evolve mechanism by a structural chart , which functions under the combines of government market and industry. So. It can draw some conclusions that economic profit is the essential driving force to push EI spatial distribution of Guangzhou city.evolve timely, at the same time. Competition pressure which come from external environment inspirit EI industry shape out, guiding in department of EI and participating in Exhibition enterprise, exploiting Exhibition market resources, adjusting EI structure and EI conditions. On the conditions, EI distribution transform as EI development.Thirdly, based on analyze in above paragraphs, the study forecast three commons on spatial distribution of Guangzhou。Consider that it will give birth to three EI zones, including domestic EI Districts in north and International EI Districts in Middle and EI Districts in south。As a result, the spatial distribution will come into as the multiple clusters in space。...
