The Research On Evaluation System Of The Project Entering The Shengli-Industrial Park

In recent years, along with the China's rapid economic growth and the rapid development of industrial parks, many industrial parks have become the new focuses for the regional economy. However, the situation that the old enterprises collapse and the new enterprises establish has continuously occurred in the development of many industrial parks, and it has drawn wide attention of the society. One important reason is that it is lack of a scientific and reasonable project evaluation system for the admission of the applicants to start comprehensive evaluation of the project, so the admission threshold of the project can not be controlled.In this thesis, the main line is to build the evaluation system of the project entering the Shengli-Industrial Park. On the basis of the research results on the industrial park of the project evaluation for admission both at home and abroad, the author uses credit evaluation index, marketing index, technology index, security and environmental index, land-building index, economic index and social index to evaluate the project entering the Shengli-Industrial Park through the analysis of the existing project of the industrial park in management status, and set up a scientific and reasonable project evaluation system. The system includes a complete theory, model system and assessment method, and selects a typical case for the study of the system, which has been fairly satisfied with the results. In addition, the thesis proposes a system of the implementation of the steps and security measures.
