From analyzing and evaluating the benefit of education economy,it's helpful to know strategic position of education, discover problem in education development of our country,provide a basis for education system reform of our country,can also provide theories basis for establishment of investment decision and development strategy,promote our country economy development.The higher education is important constitute of education, the function it express to the economy and the society development is particularly obvious, it's necessity to carry on measuring and calculating the contribution that higher education makes to the economy of our country.Owing to the contribution that the higher education makes to economc growth is the most important index sign in the economic benefit, this thesis use the input-output method, combining input-output data of Heilongjiang province in 2002,making an analysis on calculating economic contribution of higher education.The thesis use the induction, carry on re- tidying up to the 122 production department, merge to seven, namely agriculture, industry, construction, transport, wholesale and retail trade eat and drink, higher education, other service.According to a great deal of statistic data, distill related data of the higher education input-output, analyze each coefficient of input-output form, point out the section structure characteristics of the higher education and the position in the national economy.Carry on a concrete static measure to calculate the contribution to economic growth in 2002 to province higher education in Heilongjiang, get contribution level that higher education makes to GDP of Heilongjiang province in 2002 is 1.33%.The relevant parameter that applies various statistic methods with SPSS to reasonable estimate dynamic state production function of the higher education.By setting up the reasonable dynamic state production function, it makes up the shortage of theories research in the contribution dynamic state measurement and calculation that higher education makes to economic growth,and provides a basis for invest decision on the higher education of the government.
