The land problem is the general rootstock of the social problems, which condenses the whole information of the whole village. Thus, it is the key point to deeply research the village society and solve the village problems. Before and after the period of the Liberation War, considering the basic China situation, the Communist Party of China led a large-scale Land Reforming Movement with the aim to abolish the feudalism land ownership in China's villages. This land reforming movement aiming to solve the land problems for the peasants was implemented throughout the whole Anti-Japanese Citadel and the whole Liberation Area. It was not only a decisive measure of the CPC to defeat the reign of the Kuomintang, but also effectively promoted the development of productivity in the villages during some certain period of time and enabled the whole village society change greatly.Whenever the Anti-Japanese Period or the Liberation War Period, Shandong Liberation Area was the crucial citadel for China's liberation, whose actions influenced the whole country greatly. Hence, taking the specific conditions of Shandong Province's land reforming before and after the Liberation War for example, this thesis discussed something regarding the Land Reforming as well as the relevant influences it brought. The thesis is divided into three sections, one for the background of Shandong Province's Land Reforming, another for the processes of Shandong Province's Land Reforming, and the last one for the influences of Shandong Province's Land Reforming to the village society. From the condition of the Land Reforming in Shandong Province before and after the Liberation War, we could find the land reforming at that time was an adjustment to the land -----the important social resource. During this period, the peasants' social status, social psychology, and the value conception were surely altered on the basis of the benefit adjustment so as to affect the development of the whole social as well as the social development process. It was commonly considered that in particular the Peasant Land Ownership which was established after the Land Reforming effectively promoted the productivity development of the villages during a certain period of time, which altered the social condition and the peasants' psychology greatly and attached importance to China's industrialization construction. This system was abolished after a short time due to its own disadvantage. However, the deeper cause lied in the inner demands of the traditional socialism mode development chosen by the Communist Party at that time.At present, China is on the stage of the social all-round transformation when "Four Rural Problem" has become the key concern from the central government to the local government. Village is the social basis of the nation; peasant is the political basis of the nation; agriculture is the basis of the national economy. However, the Land Problem is the most important core problem and Land is the means of production which peasants live on. Thus, on the current day when the commercial economy is rapidly developing the economic system reforming is increasingly pushed forward, the peasant's land problem has become a focus problem which aroused great attention. Comparing with the land reforming during the Liberation War period, the current land problem in the villages differs greatly from the types to the contents. However, the successful experiences together with some disadvantages could provide enough reference and enlightening for our current reforming, which is just what the practical significance of this thesis lies in.
