The System Analysis Of Enterprises' Self-Innovation Capability

At present, improving enterprises' self-innovation capability has become a key point to adjust economical way of growth, and improve competence ability of country and area. So, realizing the essence of self-innovation capability accurately, guiding enterprises to improve themselves self-innovation constantly, are now impending missions we must undertake.An analysis on the enterprises' self-innovation capability is made in the thesis. Firstly, the thesis gives the definition of enterprise self-innovation capability, and analyzes the essence and characteristics by analyzing the essence of some concepts which have relationships with self-innovation capability in theory. The thesis points out that it is an organic synthesis of all kinds of capabilities in the self-innovation process. Secondly, this thesis unites the theory of the system approach with the enterprises' self-innovation capability, while re-disassembled and re-defined the factors that made up of the enterprises' self-innovation capability. Based on the innovation activities process of enterprises, the system model of enterprises' self-innovation capability is established. And then the thesis discussed the factors of this model and its environment and tried to analyze the running mechanism and innovation patterns of this model. Thirdly, the relationship between R&D and the independent innovation capability is analyzed by using cointegration analysis in the econometrics,and then discovers that there is the long-term S stable equilibrium relation between them.In different periods,there is unobvious and obvious and obvious double-directions causality.At last,the thesis brings up some suggestions according to improving the enterprises' self-innovation capability.
