In past several years, the CRM is heading for from the concept application, head for fulfillment from the theories, more and more people are aware of to build up close customer to relate to build up in the market the competition to the business enterprise last long of competitive advantage and promise last long profits income to pass importance, the CRM has already occupied a very important position in the business. For the sake of the meaning of better understanding CRM, some customers who pass to collect up to the library and the network relate to manage a successful realm case the research of the data, and according to a some scholars thesis concerning CRM, the first step tidies up the important position that a customer is worth in the customer the relation the management.With the rapid development of the service industries, the competition on the market-share is more and more drastic. The conception that concerns enterprise self and products is challenged by the practice. The position of customers is known to be highest than other factors. In the view of the enterprise development history, enterprises'concerning is moving from products to customers. With the goal of more profit and improvement of capacity, enterprises have to plan their activities around with customers.Firstly,the paper includes, introducing the conception of Customers'Relationship Management, and explaining the key position of Customers'Relationship Management and relevant conceptions.Secondly, we study the important using of Data Mining technologies in CRM System. A Financial Risk Analysis Model is built based on BP algorithm.Finally, I developed a well performance CRM System. It contains customers'information management, linkman management and contacting activities management.
