The S-E-W Model Of The Motivity Of Enterprise Technological Innovation

Technological innovation is the motivity that accelerates the increase of economy,develops the society and pushes the civilization forward.After joining in WTO,our economy enters into the system of the world economy.Our enterprises face the competition not only from inner enterprises in the same industry but also from foreign enterprises in the same industry.This condiction makes the competition more serious.There is a distance between our enterprise and foreign enterprise in scale,technology and so on.In order to get the priority in competition, we have to choose the technological innovation.The deficiency of motivity of technological innovation in our enterprise is the problem obsessing us.The study on how to stimulate the motivity of technological innovation in our enterprise is real and meaningful now.The dissertation makes some new researches on the enterprise technological motivity and confirms that the main body is the man of enterprise including shareholder,enterpriser and worker.The dissertation analyzes the conditions making motivity are environmental stimulation and inner need.The dissertation dissertates the motivity resource of technological innovation in enterprise by studying the fruits of the study on technological innovation of our country and foreign country and considering about the realty of our enterprise.The outer motivity of technological innovation mainly comes from the advancement of science and technology,the pulling of the need in market and the pressure of competition in market and the stimulation from government.The inner motivity resource comes from the inner need of people in enterprise,the inner need divides the basic need and the self-fulfilmental need.The outer motivity is condition and the inner motivity is the main power to push the technological innovation forward.Through analyzing the inner and outer motivity resource and mechanism,the dissertation constructs an S—E—W model of technological innovation.The dissertation proposes some advices on how to increase the motivity of technological innovation in our enterprise by the S—E—W modes and the realty of our enterprise technological innovation at the end.
