Electrical bike industry is one of Chinese feature industry. Through several years'development, the sales volume is 15 million and the production value is 130 billion in the whole electrical bike industry. As one of the largest electrical bike accessory products enterprises ,Song Zheng company has the 40% market share in electrical bike controller market. Based on it, how to keep the existing market share,expand market share and become a professional,large scaled,normal,modern enterprise to prepare for the following competition is a big problem for Song Zheng company. In the article, we will investigate and research Song Zheng company'present situation. then after careful study of it, we will study the development strategy of Song Zheng company by using the related theory,quantitative and qualitative analysis method. It will be some help to some similar enterprises.The whole article is divided into six charters. Firstly, we will introduce the development process and present situation of electrical bike. The following ,we will introduce some existing problems for Song Zheng company and provide the background,method,idea for research. Secondly, we will introduce the basic theory of enterprise strategy management and the present situation of strategy management in our country. thirdly, we will introduce and analyze the outer environment from economic,political,technical environment.Fourth,we will analyze the management institution,organization chart,human resource,marketing,financial situation,inner management,cost control,research situation and production capability situation.then,we will confirm the outer opportunity and threat,inner strength and weakness.Fifth, will make the spare strategies by making SWOT method and QSPM to make the major strategy to achieve the strategy purpose for Song Zheng Company.We use the theory research,demonstration research,mold research to study it. Theory research includes strategic theory research and environmental scan research. Demonstration research will apply the theory and mold to Song Zheng Company. Mold research includes the AHP,IFAS,QSPM and so on. At last, we will form the strategy. It has comparatively great pertinence and operation to be help for the Song Zheng company'development.
