Related Issues Research On Urban Taxi Development

As a part of the urban public transport, the taxi has good effects on the development of urban economy and residents'trips, and to some extent it also stands for the level of the urban. However, some problems come into being with the unique individual traffic character of the taxi, such as the occupancy of roadway resources, environmet pollutions, etc. Furthermore, such as the losing of control between demand and supply in market is also a trouble of taxi industry. According to the modes of public transportion piority that most of dometic cities sparkplug, which mode of taxi will distribute its fuction sufficiently, coordinate the relationship between taxi and other transport modes, and make the taxi industry developing healthily and orderly, will be discussed in this paper.First of all, the paper concretely expatiates on the status and actions as well as the industrial characteristics of tax in the urban public transport system. Based on the systemic analysis of the domestic taxi industry management, and the introduction of overseas taxi managing experiences, this paper raise the key point of the taxi industry. Secondly, the paper concentrates on the analysis of domestic taxi capability and influencing factor. It introduces and evaluates the three methods of taxi demand capability forecast, then put forward the taxi demand capability forecast model based on Artificial Neural Network(ANN). According to the 5 capability influencing factors, apply BP network, RBF network, GRNN network to the taxi demand capability forecast. Thirdly, this paper gives the status of taxi in urban transport system in the view of attributes, steps and markets, and brings forward the taxi developing strategy according to the taxi managing mods, operation authority, vehicle structure, prices establishment. At last, the paper gives a demonstration on the basis of Chengdu taxi related issues.
