A Study On The Infrastructure Construction Of China's Small Cities And Towns

Along with the progress of reform and openness and the development of rural economy, Chinese small cities and towns have been in the period of new opportunities and challenges. Now, with the various problems of small cities and towns infrastructure construction appear and deepen, the further propulsion of small cities and towns infrastructure construction has been obstructed. If these problems can't resolve availably, it will influence our socialism new village construction and urbanization, even the progress of our country modernization. These problems which base on stakeholder viewpoint should be solved, in the final analysis, in the changing of from the public administration to the public management about government function, the service function is the most important. It need to attention the demands of stakeholder, that is the key of solving the problem.As a result, textual research way of thinking: Firstly, with using for reference about the Stakeholder Theory, combined with the analyses about the status and problem of small cities and towns, this paper puts forward the analytical framework of the Stakeholder Theory applications, and define(?) classify the stakeholder of small cities and towns infrastructure construction. After that, this paper thinks that solving the problem about benefits collision is the importance. Finally, this thesis analyses Chinese small cities and towns governments role function in infrastructure construction and give the advice about it.
