Following, it analysis the situation of the economic and real estate of Qingdao in recently years, and uses A real estate project to test and verify the research, it stress analysis the market and economic situation that this project stated, and make the feasible analysis from the aspects of investment compute, sales income estimate, social and environment benefit and so on. In the end, it put forward some suggests to make the feasible research of real estate project become more perfect.
