Study On The Adjustment Of Chinese Service Industry Structure With FDI

The rapid rise of the service and FDI in the service sectors leads the international transformation. At present, the pace for our service industry to attract FDI is speeding up, the service industry has become an important area in China to attract FDI. However, the advantage of our service industry is mainly on the traditional services, new services develop slowly, the flow of foreign investment to the service industry structure has yet to be perfect. How to optimize the use of foreign direct investment in China's internal structure of the service industry, accelerate industrial upgrading is a study with great theoretical and practical significance. This thesis based on the industrial structure theory and FDI theory, summarized a large number of indicators, used comparative analysis, systematic analysis and other research methods, and conducted a deep, systematic study.This paper started with the reality of the internal structure of our service industry which is still mainly concentrated on traditional services, some of the new services developed faster, but the proportion of the total new services is relatively low. At the same time, the FDI has not yet come fully to guide the development of new service industries. It is useless to the increase of service industry level and restructuring. Summing up the existing problems, according to China's characteristics of current economic development, I took up some proposals.
