Institutional Analysis On The Development Of The Agricultural Cooperation Economic Organization Of Xinjiang Production And Construction Group

The agricultural cooperative appears with the highlights of principal contradiction of China's agricultural production after reform and opening up. The Agricultural Cooperative which is jointly owned, democratically controlled and benifated by members, is an economical organization. It's appearance is the inevitable result of agricultural industrialization. and also represents the prospects of the development of China's system of rural socio-economic.In this paper, the basic development situation of home and abroad agricultural cooperative and the background are first briefly introduced. And then abstracts the general conditions of the appearance of the agricultural cooperative, that is the independent economic entities of farmers, the development of the commodity economic in agricultural products and the interests loss of farmers in commodity exchanges. On this basis, this paper obtained the general economic conditions of the appearance of China's agriculture cooperative after the reform and opening up. Then, the paper analysis the reason of lag of China's agricultural cooperative's development, and be attributed to the small-scale farms,the enlargement of the heterogeneity and the low human capital accumulation per capita. On this basis, this paper argue the accurate positioning of agricultural cooperative, and avoid the rational endency.After the above analysis, the paper discuss the need, advantages and disadvantages of the devlepment of the agricultural cooperative of Xinjiang Production & Construction Corps,and points out that the key advantage is the real operating conditions,but the general conditions of the apperance of the agricultural cooperative are not ripe. On this basis, I learned from the theoretical aspects of the Corps agricultural cooperative economic organizations for the development of the inference that the Corps mission fields and farms division between the interests of workers will have a direct impact on relations between the Corps agricultural cooperative economic organization development. Then, the paper also introduced the Corps'agricultural cooperative development of the basic economic organizations, pointed out that in the development of a number of issues, and analysis of the development has been the main form and characteristics.In the empirical analysis part, the paper introduce the development of typical agricultural cooperative in No.4 and No.5 farming divisions, and discuss the problems existed.
