China National Blue Star Group Company (Blue Star) is the creator of cleaning industry in China, after developing in the past 20 years, Blue Star has ranked the No.1 in this industry in China, it enjoys a glorious achievement in the cleaning market during the past 20 years, and almost dominates the all big cleaning projects which be invested by China national departments, now it has become one of the national biggest groups in China, the dealing business scope is not only including the chemical cleaning, but also other fields such as water treatment, new materials and so on.In recent years, some foreign cleaning enterprises come into China with the advantage technologies and skillful workers, Blue Star's marketing meets some problems in the changed situation, many company compete against a lower price. The strong competition forces Blue Star to adjust its marketing tactics, so as to keep the No. 1 position in the cleaning industry for a long time.The writer of this paper has worked in Blue Star for many years, so he is familiar about the cleaning market and enterprise's resources, wants to analyze the market situation by the marketing theory and system tools, and gives some advices for Blue Star marketing improvement of cleaning service, including the tactics of the product, price, promotion and place.At last discusses the guarantee methods for marketing tactics implement, they are organization frame, regulation system, and encouraging policy. Wishing these advices should be helpful for marketing to Blue Star and other cleaning enterprise .
