In this paper, we preliminarily research and analyze the present situation of scientific researchers in our country's well-known fitness equipment production enterprises, find the existed questions and propose the corresponding countermeasure. We have investigated the management situation, research and development policy, research and development investment, research and development ability and scientific researcher's working condition, personnel quality, incomes and benefits and so on, of five well-known fitness equipment production enterprises in China, by questionnaire survey, logic analysis, mathematical statistic, etc. We also refer to lots of literature data.The present situation of scientific researchers in our country's well-known fitness equipment production enterprises:1. With the vigorous development of our country's socialist market economy, domestic well-known fitness equipment production enterprises develop rapidly, and have achieved great achievement. However, the lack of well-known brand in the international market is a fact we have to face. To change this phenomenon, all well-known fitness equipment production enterprises have improved the technical research and development policy: establishing the related technical research and development incentive mechanism, promoting talented person's growth by personnel training, introduction of talent and the foreign technical exchange; expanding the scientific research investment, enhancing scientific researchers' income, attaching importance to the enterprise and the product authentication, making related science and technology research and development plan and so on.2.
