Project Post-evaluation Technical Research Of Highway Construction

The construction of highway has developed quickly in recent years with the increase of traffic demand caused by the development of economy in all the province of China. The cost of highway construction is huge and the quantity of investment expands rapidly at the same time. So the effect of highway construction is very important and much attention has been paid to it. The work of feasibility research much be carried out according the law of transportation in China. But the feasibility research does not play it work in reality. To avoid mistakes cause investment decision and the highway construction management and realize the target of highway construction investment, it is very important to carried on post-evaluation of highway construction.Firstly, this paper investigates the evaluation indexes, scope and method of post evaluation of highway according to the essential characteristic of its evaluation after describing the deficiency of some existing assessment methods. Evaluation indexes are suggested to select from target, process, beneficial result, impacted condition, safety and sustainability, then the indexes weight are computed by AHP method and a new synthetic assessment models based on attribute math theory are given out. The synthetic assessment models consist of three parts: they are called single index attribute measure analysis, multiple index synthetic attribute measure analysis, attribute recognition analysis. They combine into a practicable and integrate assessment system for post-evaluation of highway construction. At last the attribute synthetic assessment models combining AHP method are applied to assess one roads highway construction as example. The results indicate the synthetic method introduced is an effective, concise, better method and very important to realize sustain development of road construction.
