| Coal ploy-generation system studied in this paper is a highly flexibly system from the perspective of the overall optimal solution, which can comprehensive utilize coal resource across industry boundary including many equipments. However, the coal co-generation system is a complex giant system. Its influencing factors are very complex. Lots of main technologies are not perfect. How to choose the suitable areas and adopt effective project to realize coal ploy-generation needs the relevant knowledge of comprehensive evaluation and decision support.It is just the start and stand of putting forward the study. The purpose of the study is to discuss an effective method of comprehensive evaluation which combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, and evaluates the coal ploy-generation system's feasibility, reliability and validity comprehensively by advanced computer technique. Then decision support is given for the development of China's coal ploy-generation technology. |
