| With the increase of the electric power engineering projects in Shan Xi, the problems in engineering financing occur, such as, the incompletion of financing mechanism, the single channel, relatively high risk in financing and etc. All of these problems affect the development of the electric power industry in Shan Xi province. This paper summarizes the theory and practices in project financing. And then compare the different models of financing to get their advantages and disadvantages. In the meantime, this paper studies and discuses the potential models that can be used in Shan Xi electric power industry based on the current condition of the electric power project investment in Shan Xi province, Then point out the appropriate financing channel TOT BOT, and advocate leading the private capital investment to the electric power industry in order to make the Shan Xi electric power engineering improve faster. |
