Research On Credit Risk Management Of Enterprise

This paper analyzed the status and the reasons for the dishonest of China's enterprises based on the theory of Enterprise's Credit Risk Management and the experience of Foreign-Business's Credit Risk Management. According to China's national conditions and combining qualitative research and quantitative research in one, it proposed a assessment system using Five table-in-one method for enterprise's credit. Because of the enterprise's credit assessment is different from the enterprise's credit risk and the key of the Enterprise's Credit Risk Management is the measure of the credit risk, this paper analyzed the measure of the credit risk conscientiously, created the Credit Risk Measurement Model and the Mult-Credit Portfolio Analysis Model. In addition, this paper done the risk control to the Enterprise Credit Assets at the Beforehand, in the matter, and after the matter faced on the Enterprise's Credit Management. In the end, dishonesty-punishment-mechanism of enterprises were studied, Four-color Threshold Table were corporate.On the bases of the theory of economics and Management, this paper analyzes the Enterprise's Credit Risk Management and the Bank's Credit Risk Management, the following issues are mainly studied and addressed in this thesis:1.
