Study On The Improvement Of The CNC Company's Performance Evaluation System For Z City

With high technology advance rapidly in the world, the continuous development of informatiztion and Economic globalization, and people ' s pluralism usage of communication product, the reform in the national telecom system has been deeping constantly, the competition of the telecom market enters the fierce state. At the same time, the enterprises confront enormous pressure. How to improve and strengthen the enterprise management, Arouse the staff's enthusiasm activity and creativity, utilize the resources which all can be used and make sustainable healthy development for the enterprise, gives higher requirements on and becomes a stronger challenge for the CNC of Z city which engaged in fixed-line operation. Based on the balanced score cards, target management, KPI performance management and so on, and through the deeply and system research on current situation of the CNC company's performance evaluation system for Z city, an improved scheme about the CNC Company's performance evaluation system for Z city was put forward in this paper.
