As the reform deepened, the environment of domestic telecom industry is much sounder and the competition is much intenser gradually. Both international and internal situation has put strong challenges to service contents, service modes, quality of service, management and service cognition of telecom operators. Nice group clients will be telecom operators' major targets both at home and abroad. How to protect present clients and win potential group clients will be the key point for Telecom operators to hold the stronghold in the future fierce international environment. It's the main manner to strive for and maintain good relationship with nice group clients through providing individual service and marketing strategies. Therefore, this paper is trying to use management knowledge to research Henan Mobile Company as the background to establish a set of value assessment system how to fully understand the existing clients and develop new group clients, then put forward corresponding marketing management strategy. The thesis is of great practical significance to help mobile company to enhance and consolidate market share, to strengthen core competence as well as to provide certain reference to practical application in cases of marketing segmentation theory.
