This thesis discussed the marketing strategy of decoration at home of Beijing Guowei Engineering Ltd., by using several management theories.This article analyzes the status and prospects of the China and Beijing's home decoration market, especially the competitors and its operating strategy in the Beijing home decoration high-end market, the company's own situation, consumer demand characteristics and consumer sentiment. On this basis, the paper demonstrated the feasibility of the company entering the high-end home decoration market, described thecompany's marketing strategy-----"Integrity-based, quality first, service victory". Onthe one hand, that is, through various channels, a variety of media, to publicity GUOWEI, on the other hand constantly promote the model of the project, increase the visibility, credibility, reputation, until the customer loyalty GUOWEI, and GUOWEI 's performance and image enhancing synchronization.
