Research On Financing Strategy Of Xi'an Xianyang International Airport

As a public basic industry of national economy, after the reform of localization, how to meet the requirements of market economy development and cope with the shortage of funds have become the most important problem of civil airport. Meanwhile, further deepening reforms, establishing modern enterprise system and better promoting local economic and social development, preserving and increasing the value of state-owned assets have become the urgent problems to be solved. Xi'an Xianyang International Airport (XXIA) is one of six regional aviation hubs in China. At present, the scale, operating capacity as well as management level couldn't meet market requirements. What's more, it couldn't match western development, the construction of Guanzhong—Tianshui economic zone and the further opening of the Eurasia Continental Bridge. How to choose the financing strategy hasbecome the important topic in the present airport development.This text takes financing mode of capital introduction and stockreform of Xi'an Xianyang International Airport for instance. Based on the results of modern enterprise financing theory and adopting the method of case analysis, it introduces the financing background of Xi'an Xianyang International Airport, analyzes the selection of capital introduction and stock reform at present stage, and then puts forward the financing scheme of capital introduction and stock reform. In order to optimize the financing structure, perfect management structure, upgrade the business administration capacity, improve the enterprise management efficiency and realize the airport development strategy it introduces the international strategic cooperator through building the operating mode of "Diversification of Stock and Capital Bodies,Specialization of Airport Management, Marketilization of Commercial Management, Socialization of Aviation Service and Internationalization of Operating Standard". Meanwhile, it also has great reference significance for other civil airports.This text summarizes and analyzes the evolution of airport of our country and analyzes the financing strategy of strategic cooperator introduced in Xi'an Xianyang International Airport by comparing domestic financing mode of airport, meanwhile, it analyzes the positive and negative effects on this financing strategy.
